Disable / Deactivate account

Follow these steps to disable/deactivate your Proopal account:
  1. Login to your account and go to www.proopal.com/account
  2. Click on "Disable account"
  3. Enter your password in the "Password" field.
  4. Then click on "Disable account" button to disable your account.
    Note:   Make sure you remember your email and password to sign back in..

Re-enable / Re-activate account

If your account is disabled by you, follow these steps to re-enable the account:
  1. Login to your account and go to www.proopal.com/account
  2. Click on "Re-activate account"
  3. However, if your account is desabled by us, you might need to contact us through help@proopal.com using the email you used to sign up with Proopal.
    Please use the following format:

    [ Subject: Re-activate account ]

    [ Your email address used to sign up with Proopal ]

    [ Your name ]

    [ Request ]

     We try our best to get back to as soon as we can. However, we admire your patience.
    Note:   We process your request only if you had sent your request email using the email you used to sign up with Proopal

Delete account

Follow these steps to delete your Proopal account:
  1. Login to your account and go to www.proopal.com/account
  2. Click on "Delete account"
  3. Enter your password in the "Password" field.
  4. Then click on "Delete account" button to make the account deletion request.
  5. At once you made the account deletion request your account will be disabled. Account will be deleted after twenty days if you didn't revoke the deletion request.
  6. If you want to revoke the deletion request during that time period, you can login to your account and click on "Stop deleting my account" button to remove the account deletion request.

Revoke / Remove account deletion request

If your Proopal account is not already deleted, you can remove your deletion request:
  1. Login to your account.
  2. Click on "Stop deleting my account" button to remove the account deletion request.
    Note:   Your account will be in the disabled/deactivated mode until you decided to activate it again. Click here to read how to re-activate your account.
